Privacy policy

What we collect

The only data this site processes is the name you type in to check. It's sent to our server function to run the availability checks and is not stored, logged long-term, or linked to you in any way. There are no user accounts, no login, and no cookies set by this site.

Third-party lookups

To check a name, our server (not your browser) sends live requests to RDAP domain registries, x.com, and www.tiktok.com. Those platforms may log the request on their own end, under their own privacy policies. We don't control that, and we don't send them anything beyond the name you're checking.

Hosting

This site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) to operate its infrastructure, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We haven't added any analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts of our own.

Affiliate links

Some of the outbound links on this site (domain registration, LLC formation, trademark filing) are affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through one, we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. This has no bearing on which platforms get checked, which names are suggested, or what status gets reported for anything.

This is a proof of concept and both the product and this policy may change without notice as it evolves.

Nothing here is legal advice. The trademark search is a database lookup, not a legal clearance opinion. A "no matching registered mark found" result does not mean a name is free to use. Unregistered common-law trademark rights, marks in other classes, and pending applications not yet indexed can all still pose real risk. Talk to a qualified attorney before committing to a name with real money or reputation on the line.

Accuracy

Domain and social-handle results are live, best-effort checks against third-party services at the moment you searched. They can be wrong, and they can change the next minute. We make no guarantee of accuracy and aren't liable for decisions made based on this tool's output.

How some checks work

A few of the automated checks rely on unofficial, undocumented signals in how a platform's server happens to respond, not a supported public API. If a platform changes its behavior, a check can silently start returning wrong results until we catch it and fix it.
